Meet Our Founder
Our founder, Jason Sanders, brings more than 25 years of executive search experience to Flycast Careers. He has guided leading professionals through key career transitions while helping firms worldwide secure top talent.
Jason’s perspective is shaped by decades of advising candidates on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, outreach, interviewing, and negotiation long before these became standard career services. Today, he combines that lived experience with cutting-edge AI tools to show people how hiring decisions are made and how to stand out in a crowded market.
Jason also completed executive education in AI and Business Innovation at Imperial College Business School in London, deepening his ability to translate new technology into practical career strategies.
